MARCH 5, 2026 – DEADLINE FOR OBJECTIONS TO BE RECEIVED

The Receiver has filed his Claims Report with the Court. Any objections to the Receiver’s claim recommendation must be made in writing and emailed to tradersdomainobjections@stretto.com or uploaded to the claims objection portal at: https://cases.stretto.com/tradersdomainclaim. Please review the Claims Report and Information Cover Letter in the timeline below.

                                                                                    NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS:

The amount of your allowed claim will not be the amount of money you receive from the receivership in a distribution.  With the Receiver recommending the allowance of claims totaling more than $127 million, the receivership estate will not recover sufficient funds to pay all investors the full amount of their allowed claim amounts. The amount claimants will recover from the receivership estate depends on the total funds recovered by the Receiver relative to the total amount of allowed claims. At this time, we cannot predict the Receiver’s total recovery, and therefore cannot predict how much claimants will receive.

The Court approved a claims process for investors and creditors in this case. The deadline to file a claim is July 28, 2025. All claims shall be submitted online at https://cases.stretto.com/tradersdomainclaim with supporting documents evidencing the claim amount. Claimants unable to submit a claim using the online portal, may print the Proof of Claim form provided below and complete and submit it with supporting documents by email to tradersdomaininquiries@stretto.com or mail postage prepaid to: Traders Domain Receivership Claims Processing c/o Stretto 410 Exchange, Ste. 100, Irvine, CA 92602.
